It is known for its strong character and natural density, and crystallizes very slowly due to its natural composition.

Nutritional Value

Oak honey is valued for its high nutritional content. According to research conducted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, it is among the Greek honeys with the highest levels of natural antioxidants. It also contains minerals, enzymes and natural compounds that contribute to its nutritional value and distinctive character.
