Following the rhythm of nature.

In our family, beekeeping is a tradition that is passed down from generation to generation. Through nomadic beekeeping, we move with nature, following the natural cycles of flowering.

Throughout the year, our hives are transported to different regions of Greece, allowing us to create honey varieties with a distinct character and taste identity.

Each place leaves its own imprint on honey — from aromatic thymes and wildflowers, to pine forests and mountainous areas.

Discover the routes of our bees on the map and learn about the origin of each variety.

What makes each honey unique

The diversity of plants, climate, altitude, and ecosystem of each region plays a crucial role in shaping the color, aroma, texture, and flavor of honey. Bees collect nectar and honeydew from a wide range of natural sources, creating honeys with distinctive character and unique identity.

As a result, nature’s same gift can be expressed in many different ways — sometimes more aromatic, sometimes more intense, sometimes sweeter, or richer in flavor.

This natural diversity is one of the most distinctive characteristics of Greek honey and reflects the richness and biodiversity of the Greek landscape.

Each variety is a unique expression of nature — a story shaped by place, season, and the journey of the bees.
